About the job As Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the running of the Plant area as well as the small team underneath you. Your main focus should be the customers and making sure you are meeting their expectations while driving sales and profitability.

Ideal candidate The ideal candidate will preferably come from a Garden Centre retail background with a creative and entrepreneurial side to them. You will also have an understanding of how plants need to be looked after as you will be overseeing this whole procedure while also offering advice to your customers. You will need to be comfortable in team supervisor role as you will be managing a small team below you that will be helping you drive sales and profitability.
