Golf Services Supervisor

Your day with Team Carden:

• To accommodate members, clients & customers needs professionally, informatively, and attentively
• Ensure that all golf services outlets are operationally sound and can provide the service required/expected
• Work with the Greenkeeping team to maintain the upkeep and sales of the buggy fleet and organise the services team to ensure the upkeep the buggy park, golf hire items
• Ensure the Clubhouse exterior & halfway houses are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and fully stocked at all times
• Look after the operational marshalling of the Golf courses and any issues are reported
• Maintain regular and effective briefing and de-briefing sessions with your team members.
• Welcome and facilitate business and organisational changes.
• Sustain a working environment that supports the Company’s objective of consistently treating its employees in a fair and reasonable way
