Job Details

Our client, a leading IP law firm are now looking for a Junior Patent Secretary. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic firm, in stunning offices in the city and receive excellent training. They are offering a competitive salary + hybrid working. This role would suit a candidate with 1 years patent administrative experience.

Key responsibilities:

Diary and deadline management
Filing applications
Updating the CRM
Preparing bundles
Billing and WIP reports
Organising client meetings/lunches
Fee earners travel arrangements
General administration

To be considered for this role you will have:

1 years experience in a similar role within a law firm
Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
A CIPA administrators certification would be advantageous
