Careful Care Ltd is a growing business with over 15 years’ experience of providing support to vulnerable adults in the community.

We have offices in Neath and Port Talbot (Wales), Tavistock (Devon and Cornwall) and Cirencester and Stroud (Gloucestershire).

We provide varying levels of support for the elderly and vulnerable in their own home promoting independence, confidence, and helping them to achieve their personal outcomes.

· £12.25 p/h Monday to Friday.

· £15.50 p/h weekend.

· Enhanced rates of pay for Bank holidays £19 p/h

· Paid mileage (0.45P / mile)

· Paid Travel time paid between calls (£10.42 p/h)

Responsibilities and duties:

· Enthusiastic and passionate about care

· Demonstrate understanding of self-centred care

· Excellent communication skills

· Good spoken and written English

· Have the right to work in the UK

· Full UK Driving Licence and own motorised transportation.

Your role will include:

· Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks

· Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks

· Assisting the client with the administration of medication

· Offering emotional support and companionship

· Monitoring the service user’s conditions

Never done caring before?

· NO PROBLEM - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

· We provide free training with user-friendly online modules.

· Shadowing with a Senior Care manager is provided.

· Valid Driving License and own transportation is required but we do also employ 'walkers'.
