HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

In charge of the development of the High-End activity (High Jewelry, Fine Jewellery, Cartier Tradition, Special Orders & Watchmaking) Initiated for the UK market:

Management of the High-End Business Unit

  • Develop department teams: propose and monitor individual development plans and succession plans within the team
  • Define the organization and generate versatility
  • Generate a spirit of exchange and sharing between the members of its team as well as with Cartier International and Cartier Europe in order to establish synergy and cohesion in the flow of information and in order to develop and serve our customers as well as possible
  • Manage your T&E budget

Define, support and deploy the High-End Business strategy

  • Define the High-End strategy in line with Cartier's strategic plan UK in quantity (responsibility for figures) and qualitative (action plan), in line with the international High End strategy and in collaboration with the Boutique Directors / Managers, aimed at the development of turnover, customer portfolio, prospecting, customer satisfaction and sales development
  • Responsible for the figure: budget, estimates, landings and monthly payments
  • Define business development projects
  • Define the means necessary for the implementation of the High-End strategy

Supervise and participate in events

  • Develop a strategy for the development and recruitment of customers/prospects in preparation for events
  • Refer participants taking into account quantitative objectives
  • Maintain the project schedule and coordinate the various actors
  • Organize and optimize invitation lists and customer appointment schedules with Cartier International
  • Ensure and manage collaboration with PR / Event teams so that all proposed treatments are linked to commercial information
  • Support sellers during quotes
  • Negotiate commercial terms
  • To be an Ambassador of the House, in contact with customers

High-End Sales Force Development

  • Participate in the Career Committees of the HJ Community & Potential Sellers
  • Participate in the action plan of Sales Talents For Future: definition of people, support and challenge of individual action plans, advice
  • Contribute to the development of sellers, particularly in their prospecting, loyalty, customer upgrade
  • Inform, support store managers to enable them to continue to develop and develop their teams
  • Support talent development

Validate business conditions and ensure consistency across the scope

  • Manage all discount requests on the High-End perimeter
  • Ensure commercial consistency across all stores in the network
  • Participate in the annual review of commercial conditions with the International team
  • Negotiate and be the link with the International Clients Department on all High-End deals
  • Adapt the level of information to be communicated to Boutique Managers for negotiations and deals
  • Manage the annual price revision

Coordinate all the professions inherent to High-End Programme

  • Coordinate and facilitate the action of all business lines ( Visual merchandiser/ SDP, PR / Press, Media, Publishing, CRM, suppliers, CJI and Cartier International) to ensure the maximization of turnover, the respect of the image of the House and customer satisfaction within the limits of budgetary resources
  • Define and adapt the level of information to be communicated in order to allow everyone to carry out their missions, while respecting confidentiality
  • Define business development projects and lead project teams
  • Define the schedules and resources necessary for projects

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Relevant professional experience in Jewellery
  • Proven capabilities to understand a market, identify opportunities and structure a strategy
  • Excellent communication, with sense of interpersonal skills and service
  • Collaborative team player, open minded and able to work with and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Stress management and leadership, ability to listen and adapt
  • Presentable, high level of integrity and loyalty
  • Confidence and comfortable working in a changing environment
  • Knowledge of the Maison Cartier and the world of Luxury
  • Analytical and synthesis skills
  • Expertise and skills in jewelry
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (required)
  • Fluency in another language
