ACADEMY FOOTBALL COACH

Casanovas Recruitment is working on behalf of a company that has had an exciting opportunity has arisen as an Academy Football Coach to join a well established and growing Youth Football Academy based in Basildon and surrounding areas to lead Academy Squads for the 2023/24 season. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Football Coach, someone and has the passion and love for the beautiful game is is great at Coaching youth players.

The company have various opportunities for experienced and committed Football Coaches to join the company to manage squads and sessions plus lead Development classes around mid and south Essex.

The role:

Your role as an Academy Football Coach will be to ensure that every player is made to feel welcome and enjoy their sessions in a safe and positive environment. You must create this environment to ensure players leave every session having had fun and learnt something. You will act as a role model to each child both on and off of the pitch, therefore it is expected that you present yourself in a friendly and professional manner at all times using constructive and engaging communication with both the Children and their guardians.

• Hours will be predominantly evenings include Mondays and Wednesday from 5pm plus Saturday fixtures with extra hours available if requested for the right person including school holidays, bespoke coaching and parents evenings.
• This will be a part time contract tailored for the right person and can development as a role and increase in hours.
• Branded tracksuit, equipment and free parking provided.

The right person will:

• Work to the company’s core company values
• Have excellent communication skills with Children and Parents/carers
• Be available to work in the evenings and reliably commute
• Hold a UEFA B License/Level 2 qualification
• Have First Aid (minimum IFAiF)
• Have a current Safeguarding certificate
