The Castle Hotel Windsor is situated amongst some of the most historic examples of architecture in the United Kingdom. The hotel itself dates back to the 1500s and sits opposite the magnificent Windsor Guildhall, with royal attractions such as Windsor Castle and St. George’s Chapel both with easy reach for guests who are eager to immerse themselves in all that Windsor has to offer.

Leaf Bar and Garden is a destination location on Windsor High Street. We are known for an interesting and varied menu catering from Vegan dishes to Steak. Our bar is well endowed with a great selection of wines as well as one the largest selection of spirits across Windsor.

Our Opportunity

We are looking for an excellent bartender to join us, learn and grow with us, and be part of our great team! Our Bartenders have an exquisite eye for detail and understand both exemplary service and the importance of working within a team. We have an extensive wine list, so our Bar team must have an understanding of wine and a good understanding of making cocktails.

We sell sustainable local products, as well as those from the other side of the globe. Our team of bartenders deliver these perfectly as mixed drinks and cocktails, in a vibrant fast-paced atmosphere, which our guests find a relaxing experience.
