Role Overview & Responsibilities

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time IT Engineer (36.25 hours per week) based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington (hybrid working available) with a salary of £32,532 - £34,995 per annum.

Working within the IT Team and as part of the wider Business Improvement Team, you will support the design, development, optimisation of our core business systems, and Office365/Azure. You will have experience of supporting new, and development or configuration of existing, IT systems. You will demonstrate a collaborative approach to the successful delivery of IT and Business projects working with colleagues and key partners, seeking to innovate as you support and drive the delivery of our overall IT Strategy.

CCHA owns and manages more than 7,000 homes across the North of England in Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and North Lancashire. As an Association, we focus on the needs of the local communities we serve, tackling the housing crisis, improving services within our communities, and use our strength and efficiency to meet housing service needs.
