Position Overview & Specifications

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager within our Marketing and Income Generation Directorate. You will join us working 35 hours per week and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £44,789.56 per annum plus excellent benefits.

This is a remote based role however monthly travel for team meetings will be required.

You will be joining us at an extremely exciting time in Cats Protection’s history, having recently set out our ambitious strategic direction to benefit the welfare of many more cats in the UK. In order to support us during this period of growth, the Brand and Marketing team are looking for a Brand Manager to drive the development and delivery of the brand to both internal and external audiences. Working collaboratively across the charity with key stakeholders you will manage the brand on a day to day basis ensuring a consistent presentation of look and feel and tone of voice and also develop brand multi channel advertising campaigns to improve key brand metrics.

Responsibilities of our Brand Manager:

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the embedding of our refreshed brand across the organisation. You will manage, plan and execute our day to day brand work across the organisation to develop our advertising campaigns, grow reach and maximise engagement.

What we’re looking for in our Brand Manager:

  • Significant experience in a brand strategy and activation role
  • Experience of briefing and management of creatives both in-house and external agencies
  • Experience of delivering brand campaigns through digital channels
  • A solid working knowledge of brand marketing and advertising practices and methods, especially digital marketing
  • Good understanding of campaign metrics and reporting
  • Charity experience is preferred
