About Cawdor Estate
The Cawdor Estate is a large multi enterprise Highland Estate situated between Inverness and Nairn. The Estate has a busy sporting enterprise including partridge shooting and salmon fishing of the highest quality. There is a large sporting lodge and five holiday cottages, the Estate hosts guests from all over the world throughout the year.
About the Role
We are looking for a diligent, enthusiastic person to join our hospitality and housekeeping team for a six-month season starting in July 2023. The successful candidate will be willing to work hard and try a variety of jobs associated with the sporting and accommodation enterprises at Cawdor Estate. The main focus will be on providing an excellent standard of service to guests at the Drynachan Lodge and holiday cottages. There will be the chance to work with very high quality chefs and a well organised and focused team. The candidate will have access to sporting opportunities, be able to work on other Estate enterprises, and be able to explore the highlands on days off.
Experience is not vital, but a presentable individual with a keen eye for detail and diligence in delivery is what we require. A clean driving licence is essential. Candidates must speak fluent English.
Accommodation and initial travel (if required) will be provided.
About the Package
We are advertising for a fixed term position, but with the potential for an extension beyond the term
Salary: £19,000 per annum pro-rata
