Barista/Cafe Team Member
Iconic and high class venue in Covent Garden is looking to recruit baristas with a passionate interest in food, drink, and brilliant customer service to start with us into the new season.
The successful candidates must:
- be friendly, engaging and have high customer awareness
- be reliable, great team players with excellent performance in customer service and organization skills
- be able to communicate with confidence, with a good standard of English
- have a great eye for detail and exemplary personal presentation
- be able to adapt to quickly changing situations
- show genuine commitment to the job and team
- show knowledge and some experience of hospitality
Successful applicants will enjoy:
- £12.00 for our key team members
- starting at £11.05 going up to £11.50 after passing training quiz or probation
o This could be within 2 weeks if you excel!
