Position Overview & Specifications

Client Intelligence
- Produce strategic client analysis for key management meetings & presentations
- Run regular client reports to support boutique teams with their clienteling objectives
- Assist in maintenance of a healthy client database through updating, merging & responding to data access requests

Communications & Direct Marketing
- Support Digital Marketing communications through the briefing, testing & analysis of email campaigns
- Support with targeting, logistics & ROI for Gifting & Mail-out activities

Digital Tools
- Support with the rollout & evolution of the new Salesperson App by updating training materials, supporting with training sessions, participate in testing & tracking improvements
- Update content of retail support tools such as digital back-office screens

Ecommerce
- Run regular analysis of Fashion Eyewear Ecommerce business on Google Analytics & Microsoft BI

Retail Support
- Support with retail engagement programme for CRM through scheduling & assisting in training sessions, workshops, seminars and the creation of our bi-annual internal magazine

Team coordination
- Support the general coordination of the team by tracking the status of projects/activities, team availability & scheduling team meetings & seminars
- Excellent spoken & written English, accurate spelling, grammar, and numeracy skills
- Excellent analytical skills, mathematical understanding & attention to detail
- The will and desire to learn at pace, on the job, and complete your work to the high standards of the brand
- The courage to ask questions, be inquisitive and investigate solutions/insights
- Proactivity and a positive energy to the team, making it possible to efficiently execute a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Learning the functionalities of a marketing department within a luxury fashion industry
- Having to take on information quickly and accurately to add value to the team
- Working in a timely manner without compromise on detail or precision
- A strong foundational understanding of Marketing and the broader functions of the team, interacting with multiple departments in the fashion department.
- A good functional knowledge of the marketing systems such as CRM, POS, Power BI, Google Analytics
