Location: Chessington World of Adventures, Surrey KT9 2NE
Hours: Full time & part time, fully flexible. Fixed term contract from March 2023 to November 2023.

About the Role

The Savannah Splash Pool & Gym is looking for hard working & approachable people with a professional attitude to join their close-knit & dedicated team. So, if you want to assist with the smooth & efficient operation of our Savannah Splash, one of the Hotels most fast paced environments, then this could be for you.

You will provide supervision of the pool area, ensuring that we comply with Health & Safety regulations and that our staff and guests’ safety is number one priority at all times. You will carry out regular pool checks to ensure it is at a safe level for use and ensure the club remains clean and tidy at all times.

You will ensure guests and members needs are dealt with professionally and appropriately and that they use all leisure facilities safely.

Finally, you will work flexibly and therefore be able to assist at the club reception during busy times to improve the guest journey.
You will have bags of enthusiasm & energy and with a passion for guest interaction and customer service. You will be able to work well in a team and have knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.

An NPLQ qualification is essential and ideally you will have a first aid at work certificate.
