Location: Chessington World of Adventures, Surrey KT9 2NE
Hours: Fixed term contract from March 2023 to November 2023.

About the Role

Guests visit Chessington World of Adventures Resort for Britain’s wildest day out and the Rides are one of the key functions that will enable them to have a PAWsome time! If you have excellent levels of customer service and can maintain strict Health & Safety guidelines, then this role could be for you.

You will be responsible for greeting & interacting with Adventurers whilst monitoring the queue lines and implementing ride restrictions. Loading & off-loading of Adventurers, safely on & off rides in a timely and orderly manner as well as pro-actively handling guest queries/complaints. You will ensure that your area always looks at its best by keeping it free from litter.

Due to the nature of the role we are looking for candidates that are aged 18+, ideally with weekday availability (this will include weekend working).

About You

Strong communication skills with a keen, positive, and friendly nature, you will have a responsible approach with good observation skills, and bags of enthusiasm and energy.

You will enjoy working as part of team and in a fast-paced environment, as well as the importance of delivering ROARsome service to our guests!
