Do you believe in the power of play? Are you passionate about creating a variety of exciting play experiences for babies, children and young people and their families? Are you a person with the ability to engage and motivate people?

If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our organisation for Play Assistants. We are looking for dynamic and energetic people to join our Activities Teams, in both Robin and Rachel House. The candidates will be offered the chance to work with babies, children and young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities

You should ideally have relevant post-qualification experience of working with children or young people with complex care needs and a variety of play experience. You should be confident in working autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

About CHAS

We have a 3:1 ratio of volunteers to staff members in CHAS. All CHAS staff will at some point work with or alongside volunteers and will be expected to support volunteers.
