Studio Product Copywriter

Due to internal progression we are looking for a full time Studio Product Copywriter to join our fast-paced and innovative Studio department. This is an excellent opportunity that would suit an enthusiastic team player with a passion for clothing, luxury brands and online shopping.

As a Studio Product Copywriter you will have strong written English, and the ability to describe products to our customers using clear, concise and engaging language. You will have meticulous attention to detail and be able to multi-task in order to meet deadlines.

You will be working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm at our Tunbridge Wells Head Office. There will be Saturday working on a rota basis, with a lieu day off in the week.

Responsibilities:

• Writing high quality descriptions from product, ensuring all copy is engaging, relevant and informative
• Inputting all product information including care, fabric and sizing details, across our exciting range of children’s clothing, accessories, and associated products
• Assigning filters and categories to assist our customers’ shopping experience
• Proofreading and checking your own work
• Following brand guidelines and ensuring the Childrensalon voice is adhered to
• Following workflows to ensure products are published online within tight deadlines
• Readily accepting feedback to improve writing and output
• Being an active part of the team in achieving targets and deadlines
• Communicating with people from other Studio teams
• Keeping up to date with changes within the copy and workflows
• Treating products responsibly and with the utmost care

Key Skills:

• Good spelling, punctuation and grammar with the ability to write at speed without loss of quality
• Knowledge of fashion terms, luxury brands and an understanding of child development
• Good computer skills (training on bespoke systems will be provided)
• Meticulous attention to detail (writing, inputting and images)
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines whilst maintaining quality and focus
• Excellent work ethic and can-do attitude
• A positive, proactive, and approachable personality
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills

This role is based at our Head Office in Tunbridge Wells.
