Inventory Clerk

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate inventory clerk to be part of the PRS Team at Criterion Hospitality.

Criterion is a London based property company with residential, commercial and hotel investments.

Role and Responsibility:

• liaising with tenants to arrange access for check-ins and check-outs.

• Diary management

• Carrying out check-in and check-out inspections using iPad provided

• Compiling reports via our internal app for submission

• Commuting between multiple sites throughout Southeast/West London.

• Working hours are between Monday - Friday, 9am – 6.00pm (Saturday ad hoc)

The right person will possess these characteristics:

• An eye for detail, noting all features, issues, defects, and damage within each property.

• Great time management skills

• A customer focus and good nature with excellent time management skills.

• A can-do attitude.

• Knowledge of the English language is a must.
