We have an opportunity for a Training & Education Lead - Digital Transformation to join their team of staff.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week, with some travel required.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- The ability to demonstrate a successful track history with change & transformation training across a multi-site business
- Previous use of a learning management system, ideally Totara or Moodle
- The ability to build programmes which can be managed through an LMS with clear reporting
- Build completion reports, ideally with expertise in excel or PowerBI
- Comfort with managing multiple stakeholders in challenging environments, managing requests in an agile manner and a commitment to meeting the set deadlines
Duties of this role include:
- Lead, design and manage a programme of training that supports a developing and growing digital transformation programme.
- Work internally within the people development team and cross-functionally to deliver meaningful and practical training for digital transformation
- Promote and adopt a digital-first approach for all training solutions
- Lead and manage team members within the digital transformation training team
