We have an opportunity for a Yard Person to join our growing business in Harefield.

This is a business-critical role supporting our key worker teams, ensuring they have quick and safe access to stock and plant equipment.

What you’ll be doing...

• Taking delivery of new stock, checking all delivery notes and reporting any discrepancies.
• Assisting with stock taking.
• Monitoring all vehicles, ensuring they comply with depot site safety and driving rules and escalating non-conformity when appropriate.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and tidy yard in accordance with health and safety requirements.

Previous relevant experience working in a similar environment and a full driving licence are both essential, as is an awareness of health, safety, and environmental legislation. Confidence with systems along with good communication, organisational and planning skills are important, and a forklift license would be desirable.
