What is ClassTutor?

ClassTutor is an online-only tuition company with a social drive at its core, aiming to offer premium tuition at affordable prices. Its focus is group-based tuition for the core subjects; at Primary we offer Maths and English, whilst for Secondary and Sixth Form we offer Maths, Science and English.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for tutors in Maths, English, and Science (Double and Triple) for primary, GCSE, and A-level.

Tutoring Responsibilities

• Follow the national curriculum and deliver outstanding virtual lessons.
• Conduct assessments, and provide feedback to enable student progress.
• Create an engaging learning environment and enhance student confidence and interest in learning.
• Contribute to the tutor team by offering your knowledge and support to peers.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree (or in the process of completion) in a relevant field
• Passionate about learning and teaching
• Ability to adapt to individual student needs and learning styles
• Consistently available to work at least 2 hours per week
• It would be desirable if you had some experience teaching

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 2 - 10 per week

Salary: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
