Cleaning Operative

The services of the under listed Cleaners are required in our organization to carry out heavy cleaning tasks and specialprojects. They must be competent and skilled with the ability to provide quality cleaning service. The ideal candidate must have the ability to efficiently manage the volume of work available. The individual must be flexible in the task to be accomplished, results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment with good human relationship skills.

• Area Managers
• Office Cleaners
• House Cleaners
• Gutter Cleaners
• Window Cleaners
• Deep Cleaners person
• KDC and GE

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Must be Flexible and adaptable
• Must be Physically fit and Presentable
• Must have Professional attitude
• Organised and comfortable working to deadlines
• Commitment to working to high standards
• Good level of spoken English
• Capable of working outdoors in all weathers
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Good attention to detail and Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent time-keeping as early morning starts are the norm
• Checking inventories and replenishing as required
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn
• Full Clean Driving Licence (advantage)
• Must be a team player
• Must Have good level of numeracy and literacy
• Must Be self-motivated, assertive and confident
• Previous experience not essential but beneficial
• Good listening skills are essential
• You will be required to have a clear DBS check & provide references
• Uniform provided
