Position Overview & Specifications
Our client based in Brighton is looking to recruit Business Administration apprentice to assist with office admin tasks, post, scanning, copying, filing and answering the phone. Preparing excel sheets for estates, chasing updates from HMRC, the probate registry financial institutions.
Responsibilities
In due course and with appropriate training, you will progress to dealing with the following:
- File opening
- Understanding Compliance
- Dealing with Administrative Exchange formalities.
- Drafting financial statements and invoices
- Archiving
- General admin and updating of internal and external systems
- Cover reception on occasion
- Running errands - taking cheques to the bank, post office trips, etc.

Job Title: Junior Legal Administrator Apprentice
Location: Brighton
Salary: £11,700 per annum (£7.50 per hour)
Full time: 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm
