We have been running for over 12 years as a Digital Agency, from Design, Branding to Social Media Management and Website Design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer
• Full understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
• Working within an integrated design team
• Agency experience a big plus.
• Motion and edit skills welcomed.
• Working alongside the creative department and closely with creative teams
• Strong visual, interactive and graphic design skills
• Approaching briefs with conceptual attitude
• Balancing multiple projects across a wide section of clients
• A flexible attitude, Well organised and ability to work both independently and as a team to tight deadlines.
• Passion and curiosity about the latest design innovations.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering software
• A love of craft that goes beyond pixel perfection.

Responsibilities

• Design effective promotional in all aspects of design from Social Media to Website Designs working closely with the commercial team.
• Assist with the build and deployment of promotional ideas.
• Ability to create content for the social media team
• Develop graphics as required to contribute to the wider brand.
• Create and maintain the graphical elements of online content.
• Create graphics and content for external digital partners and social media platforms as required.
• Assist with photoshoots and digital image processing.
• Assist with the creation and processing of printed marketing material including print setup.
• Design in-house communications material.
• Liaise with external agencies / international where necessary.
• Manage workload to ensure all deadlines are met effectively.
• Contribute creative solutions to briefs from the commercial team.
• Contribute to the web marketing strategies, bringing particular input from a creative perspective.

Fun Stuff

• We do monthly activities, we close the office early on a Friday and go do fun team activities, this month we are going to a golf range, in previous months we have been to Virtual Shooting Range, Axe throwing and Cheeky Nandos
• so always something to look forward to :)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £18,602.00-£24,730.00 per year
