PART TIME Kennel Hand -

Manor Kennels is a family owned busy working kennels offering Boarding facilities and stray kennels.

We are looking for an experienced, hard working, dedicated and committed new member

Suitable applicants will have the following.

* A passion and understanding of dogs preferably with kennel or animal experience.

* Keen to work and be a committed to the care of the dogs.

* Ability to work alone..

* Have the ability to listen and follow instructions.

* NVQ or similar preferred but not essential..

* A good understanding of English both written and oral is needed.

* Be friendly & approachable with customers

* Full clean driving licence is essential.

* Flexible with working hours as and when required.

The successful applicant must be able to work unsupervised.

The role is varied and interesting if you have a passion for dogs. It will involve cleaning, feeding, walking & playing with the dogs as well as occasional transport runs to collect dogs and take to vets as well as the day to day needs of the kennels.

Ideal candidates would be able to ensure our dogs have stimulation and interaction and be able to see changes in the dogs behaviour.

Keeping clear records for the dogs .

Part time position covering 25 hours with alternate weekend working and additional hours as req.

Must live locally to WF5
