Front of House Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen within this luxurious Aesthetics clinic in Marylebone, London for a highly organised and personable individual to undertake the role of Front of House Co-ordinator.

Previous experience within Aesthetics/Cosmetics/Beauty industry is advantageous.

As the first point of contact for this highly reputable clinic, you will be responsible for greeting all visitors, ensuring that all required paperwork is completed and securely filed for all patients, whilst facilitating the best possible customer journey.

This is a varied role requiring a proactive person who is confident in sales and encouraging repeat bookings so experience within a similar environment would be advantageous. There is a strong focus on organisational skills and the ability to forward plan is key – forward booking appointment and stock.

Supporting the Aestheticians, you will also be responsible for ensuring treatment rooms are prepared and cleared throughout the day.

We are looking for a conscientious, customer focused person, who has experience of multi-tasking and using your own initiative to maximise bookings and product sales. The ideal candidate will have a warm and attentive manner with excellent communication skills.

Shift patterns are primarily office hours but will include one evening per week and one Saturday shift per month.

Salary up to £25k DOE + excellent benefits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
