Retail Team Members / Baristas

To be successful in this role you'll need a genuine passion for delivering retail and customer service and working as a team. We pride ourselves on delivering quality - a passion we all share. An eye for detail is essential. Previous Barista or Front of House experience is preferable - although full training will be provided.

Within the team, roles include assisting customer sales, barista, payment handling, light catering and housekeeping. In return we offer above average rates of pay, flexible hours, a nice place to work - our retail space in Dornoch has recently been refitted and redecorated, and is just a happy place to relax or shop.

The company

Cocoa Mountain is a small chocolate business established 2006 in Durness. Cocoa Mountain Dornoch opened in 2017. We operate as ethically as we can, and endeavour to avoid pollutants plastics and palm oil. Most of our range is organic. We are bold and fun and looking for great staff to join our happy place.
