Position Overview & Specifications
Minimum Requirements
- Strong previous experience working in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Oracle EBS/ERP and/or Oracle EPM implementations, including OCI Fusion Cloud platforms
- Experience of working with systems in Finance and finance operations domain: Accounting, Billing, Procurement, Sub-ledgers and General Ledgers, Finance Performance and Analytics
- Should have functional / business knowledge on financial products
- Ability to combine strong conceptual and critical thinking and apply a practical mind to drive tasks
- Being flexible and adaptable to new ideas and ways of working, including Agile delivery
- Previous experience in Micro-service and API-led architecture design, event-based architecture design, patterns (including pub-sub and data streaming).
- Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience handling products on different solution models (SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), managed service etc.)
- Proven record of accomplishment of using industry standard processes and frameworks
- Experience working financial services or similar regulated organisation
Role Responsibilities
Deliver Enterprise scale Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Revenue Management and Billing (RMB) solutions, building on top of industry standard COTS (Commercial Off the Shelf) packages.
- Identify, capture, share, iterate, and implement architecture patterns to support Rating, Billing, ERP (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Record to Report) and/or EPM (Financial Close, Plan to Perform) platforms delivery for LSEG Finance teams
- Design technical architecture solutions (products and services) to align with the organisational technical strategy and standards.
- Provide a consistent set of solution views, that communicate and describe the construction of the solution to all stakeholders.
- Support delivery teams, blending technical (development and architecture) and behaviour (stakeholder and communication) skills.
- Ensure technical quality and adherence of solution designs to the organisation’s Digital Blueprint, Enterprise Architecture, and Product Roadmaps.
- Use architecture design and modelling techniques, patterns, tools, and standards for design delivery
- Communicate and present to governance forums for review, ratification and signoffs against new design patterns
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders and end-users to build a holistic view of the problem statements, and mitigating options towards resolution
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
