Full-Time Barista position available for immediate start at a bespoke, newly built coffee shop in Leeds City Centre.

Introducing CoffeeStrong - a brand new, state of the art coffee shop that values building and strengthening communities. The shop functions alongside DexaStrong, a modern health and wellness space with a focal point of Muscle and Bone Health. At CoffeeStrong, promoting positivity, longevity and living well is at our essence.

CoffeeStrong is in the City Centre and just a short walk from the train station on Wellington Street. It is soon to be central to a collection of city living apartments and we can expect to see our main customer base from here. The shop has been fitted with the highest quality appliances and will make for a stunning working environment.

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual with Barista experience to join us in building our brand and inject your own creativity and direction into the project. A strong interest in Coffee is a must, as serving premium quality products is of utmost importance to us. We will value your opinions and input to help us create a five-star experience for our customers.

Responsibilites of the role will include:

• Opening/closing the cafe
• Taking orders
• Producing an array of coffees, teas and other drinks
• Handling food and snacks, prepping ingredients and using the Merrychef
• Interacting with and creating relationships with customers, encouraging regulars
• Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the cafe
• Managing the coffee station, dialling in coffee and learning about the beans they are serving
