This a fantastic opportunity for a career-minded individual to join a much-loved multi-award-winning family-owned Holiday & Leisure Park in the picturesque Village of Dawlish, Devon We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as a Guest Services Manager at our popular holiday park. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a thriving business and create a genuine impact to guests that return to this much-loved holiday destination.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all areas of guest services across the holiday park
- Towing and Siting touring Caravans
- Manaing the daily cleaning of Touring and front of house areas
- Car pass and wrist band checking
- Safety Checks
- Assisting with repairs and maintenance
- Meet and greet guests, and provide excellent customer service
- Liaise with teams across the park to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure that the customer experience exceeds expectations
- Help develop and implement new guest-related initiatives
- Ensure the guest services team is properly trained and motivated
- Crate and manage staff rotas in line with budget and need of the business.
- Deal with guest complaints and escalate as appropriate
- Monitor and analyse guest feedback and recognise areas for improvement
- Manging Department Health and Safety
- Managing a team of Park Wardens
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years' relevant experience
- Driving licence required
- Towing licence preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Experience in Rotering and training staff
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Strong IT skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office and booking systems
- 40hr contract
- Weekend working essential
- Working from home will not be possible
