Compass Associates are proud to continue our long-standing partnership with a well-established provider of specialist dementia, residential and nursing care. My client is seeking an experienced Home Manager to support their service and improve the current CQC rating from 'requires improvement' to 'good'. This beautiful period property sits on the outskirts of Sleaford and aims to provide a genuine family setting, with long-serving staffed friendly faces.
You will ideally be an experienced Nursing Home Manager who has experience achieving 'Good' CQC reports, or an experienced Deputy Manager looking to make the leap into Home Management. Previous turnaround experience is beneficial. An NMC nursing PIN (RGN/RMN) is beneficial but not essential.
The role is based in the outskirts of Sleaford and is commutable from Billinghay, Hecklington, Holdingham, Quarrington, Billingborough, Boston, Grantham, Lincoln and Newark-on-Trent.
