Position Overview & Specifications
We are supporting our Client who has projects from Chepstow to Barry and Newport & Cardiff in between with their temporary staff requirement for Support Workers experienced in mental health. The roles will be 3 – 5 days per week, 6 -8 hours per shift, excellent pay £520 per week, weekly pay, ongoing assignments, free DBS, free training.
You will be working with established teams that welcome new faces, they refreshingly different approach to recovery, great opportunity to join people with a passion and determination to make a difference every day.
The client is a forward thinking organisation who amongst their clients are the NHS and local councils who require support for people with complex mental health needs for a cleaner, brighter future.

The successful candidate will have experience of person-centred support, for their clients to live as independently as possible within the community.
You will have great customer service skills, excellent communication skills, good time management skills, able to provide accurate information verbally and notes, experience of dealing with external agencies and authorities.
Hours are based on a rota working 40.5 hour per week, including sleep ins, weekends and lone working.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
