Location: Oxford

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week working 4 out of 7 days on a Monday to Sunday Shift Rotation

Salary: £10.42 per hour or £10.78 per hour for Mobile Officers.

Conduent are recruiting multiple Civil Enforcement Officers (Parking Attendants) to work in Oxford.

As a Civil Enforcement Officer you will be working outside and could walk up to 10 miles per day in all weathers. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping the public. At all times you are a representative of the local authority providing help and advice as well as issuing parking fines and reducing traffic congestion in your location.

Enforcement of parking restrictions to assist in improving traffic congestion and environmental air quality.

Assisting members of the public, these face-to-face interactions will vary from general enquiries on parking right to queries on an enforcement notice you or a colleague has assigned. Calm, knowledgeable and emphatic customer service skills are essential.

You will act as an ambassador for our client whilst performing your duties

Walking throughout your jurisdiction (up to 10 miles per day)

Civil Enforcement Officers work on a shift basis with varying start and finish times. You will only work 4 out of 7 days unless you wish to complete overtime. You will also be required to work weekends and public holidays on a rotation basis.
