Trainee Traffic Management Operative

Due to continued growth and the awarding of significant contracts, Coneworx are looking for Trainee Traffic Management Operatives to join our team. The role involves the delivery, installation and removal of traffic management throughout Scotland and North of England. Coneworx working week is a minimum 37.5 hours per hours over 7 days, the working week is Friday to Thursday and there is no set shift pattern. There is regular overtime available due to the nature of the business.

Rates of pay will be paid in accordance with relevant qualifications.

About the Candidate

• You'll have a flexible approach to your work and enjoy working as part of a team
• A full clean UK driving license
• You'll will be required to work away from home to meet the needs of the business (Accommodation will be provided with a stay away allowance paid)
• Weekend rates paid - Saturday time and a quarter - Sunday time and a hlaf
• Nightshift rate paid at time and a quarter
• A good level of physical fitness to undertake the tasks of the role
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Willing to undertake relevant training and development
• A strong commitment to Health and Safety
• Prepared to work overtime and have flexibility to work unsocial hours to meet the needs of the Traffic business.
