IT Support Technician

Confidence IT Ltd is a Managed IT Services provider based in Milton Keynes. We are looking for a 1st Line support technician to join our growing team.

To succeed in this role, you will:

· Have a desire to learn as you will be retaining a lot of technical knowledge.

· Have strong IT skills and a passion for IT.

· Have excellent customer service skills to support clients from different sectors.

The role

· Be the first point of contact for our clients via phone, email, or portal.

· Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets and escalate when required.

· Provide remote or onsite IT support when required.

· Update and create client documentation.

· Assist with fulfilling projects.

· Client infrastructure housekeeping.

It is essential candidates live within a commutable distance of our Milton Keynes office, have a valid UK driving license and be eligible to work in the UK.

The successful candidate will also be required to undergo security screening due to the nature of some of our customers.

Working hours will be between 09:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday, starting times may vary on occasions to cover early shifts or to accommodate travel time.

Package:

· Starting at 20K, depending on experience. Reviewed annually.

· 21 Days Holiday, + 1 Additional day for every year worked (up to 5 years).
