Position Overview & Specifications

The Role


You will be assisting with the planning, delivery and evaluation of the marketing plans to support the ambitious growth targets of Connected Health Group and our brands. You’ll be able to bring your creativity and innovative ideas to life as we bring new services and products to the market. Excellent communication, design and creativity is essential for this role.


Duties will include:

  • Act as a brand guardian; ensuring quality and consistency across all touch points. Ensure key brand messages are effectively communicated in all marketing channels.


  • Build and grow the Connected Health and our associated brands Social Media channels and websites to leverage both internal and external channels ensuring all communications are on brand.


  • Support with asset creation including video idea generation & production. To include production of visual assets, key marketing messages as well as new product/service launches in key territories.


  • Development of creative solutions and innovative ideas to promote key messages.


  • Carry out regular surveys and present results with analysis


  • Development of internal communications including newsletters and e-shots that are aligned to the values of Connected Health.


  • Identify partnership and promotional opportunities to drive new customer/employee acquisition.


  • Identify marketing trends and evaluate campaigns via social media and google analytics.


  • Build relationships with internal Managers to help them communicate effectively with teams and Service users


Essential Criteria


  • Experience of managing social media marketing platforms is essential


  • Relevant experience within a marketing environment is essential (1 year minimum)


  • Ability to bring creative ideas to life via design software platforms


  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential (Verbal and written).


  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office


  • A willingness to travel


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills


Desirable Criteria


  • Experience of managing and maintaining websites is advantageous.


  • Experience of video creation and editing.


  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator or similar package would be advantageous


  • Understanding of Healthcare is advantageous.


  • Driver with access to a car is desired
