As the role will involve working outdoors and early morning starts, the ideal candidate will be an outdoors loving person, with good dexterity and not afraid of manual labour. Crops are at multiple locations throughout the season, therefor it will be essential to have your own transportation. This is a job for self-motivated fast learning individuals who like to challenge their abilities, keen to learn new skills and eager to earn way above minimum wages.

Key duties:

• Working at the required quality standards and outputs.
• Achieving hourly and daily targets set up by the team leader/supervisor.
• Work with attention to details without continuous supervision.
• Work in diverse weather conditions.
• Compliance with company policies including Health and Safety is required.
• Harvesting skills or experience in a similar setting.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast moving environment.
• Keen eye for details.
• Turning up to work in a timely manner.
