With a growing client list, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working person to join our bookings team to ensure our clients continue to receive the industry leading service we are known for.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Some experience in a busy customer orientated job is a must. With many clients and a wide variety of services we offer, time management skills and the ability to multitask are essential.
We use our own bespoke database and a variety of industry standard software, so being quick to learn is also an important skill. The successful candidate will likely also have excellent verbal communication and a proficiency in MS Office.
As a business we actively progress those willing to learn quickly and take on responsibility, with a long track record of previous members progressing on to a variety of roles with us.
- Acting as the first point of contact for any general incoming enquiries from existing clients, over the phone, email, or live chat.
- Guiding clients through our online portal and booking systems, delivering high quality customer service.
- Providing on-going support for clients throughout their experience with us, ensuring they have a great experience of us.
- Liaising with clients to book site visits for our national network of photographers/surveyors to visit and conduct location-based work.
- Reviewing the quality of our outgoing work to ensure it meets our client’s strict requirements.
- Experience in customer service-based environment
- Strong ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) across all levels.
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing to 28 through the length of service
