We'll be looking to you to be actively involved in their hobbies and support them to explore new interests. Some of the young adults we support attend college and with your help you will enable them meeting their peers.

Your support will enable individuals to not only maintain their independence and continue to live in their own home; you’ll also help them to play an active part of their community too.

All we’ll need you to bring is;

  • A caring and compassionate attitude.
  • The ability to work well in a team.
  • Great communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • A creative drive to improve the lives of the individuals you support.
