Job Description


As Head of Project Management Office, you will lead a team of project managers to define and secure the delivery of all projects at COS. You will have experience driving complex projects while leading and developing your team. Take part in long and short term strategies and secure delivery on all projects, taking on responsibility to secure efficiency, resources, focuses and results for the growth of the company.

The job will both be on a strategic and operational basis and will include:

  • Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring business and technical possibility.
  • Together with internal stakeholders’ drive, plan and execute projects according to set scope, goals and KPIs.
  • Introduce & establish project management tools and provide PM coaching.
  • Decode project prioritisation, resource allocation and project progress to be with a steering group, for the time being being the Managing Director and Brand Controller.
  • The role will require constant collaboration with functions/departments with the Portfolio Brands, H&M and COS to give the correct foundations in how to move projects forward towards the decried outcome.
  • Identify organizational optimization, efficiency, and improvement projects
  • The role will constantly interact with all parts of the business to find new projects that will, either increase efficacy and/or improve profit/sales.
  • Manage, communicate, and secure a project pipeline in line with COS overall strategy and goals, prioritization, and feasibility.

Qualifications
  • Experience leading a team of project managers and working in a retail environment
  • Have lead projects across a range of departments to improve efficiency and sales/profit
  • An engaging and inspiring leader with the ability to grow and develop your team
  • Experience working on omnichannel projects
  • Demonstrate analytic and problem-solving skills, perseverance and the ability to thrive in a changing environment for you and your team in a sustainable way
  • Act through strategic thinking and input to future improvements/business plans, act proactively and timely handle risks and problems and take decisions according to the business objectives
  • High ability to think and work strategically; able to plan ahead and foresee opportunities as well as risk
