Buyers Assistant

Please note this role is predominantly working from home but you will be required to work 5-8 days per month from our office in Kemble.

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

• Ordering, managing and returning product samples from brand suppliers for internal presentations and photo shoots
• Managing the internal labelling process, creating Excel information to send to brands and updating logs
• Requesting and collating details sustainability product information from brands
• Inputting data into Excel range lists including updating products and prices
• Working with the Buying team to set up internal and external presentations
• Preparing for photoshoots and attending when required
• Attending brand appointments when required
• Other administrative tasks

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Excellent IT skills particularly with Microsoft Excel
• Great customer focus and team work
• Excellent communication skills across all platforms
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage time effectively
• Pervious experience in a similar role (desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail
