Shop Assistant

We are seeking a bright, motivated and passionate person to join us at our Stow on the Wold shop. The position will involve weekday and occasional weekend working. Including covering staff at short notice when needed. Your hours will be 32.5 hours per week full time or 16.5 hours part time, although this may increase. Every one who works for us is crucial to our success, so we are looking for people that possess excellent customer service skills, are polite, cheerful and enthusiastic, have the ability to self motivate and work unsupervised. A previous position in retail would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. Working in our Stow on the Wold shop your resposibilities will include, customer service, selling products and customer interaction. Understanding the importance of sevice with a smile, shop display and presentation, maintain cleaning and hygiene, stock control, preparing and packaging wholesale orders.

Salary: £10.60-£11.60 per hour
