Position Overview & Specifications
Looking for a career and not just a job? We are recruiting for a Park Warden team to join our fabulous resort on the bonny banks of Loch Lomond, Argyll.
As a Park Warden couple or 2 friends you will undertake appropriate duties and tasks to assist in the day-to-day smooth running of the park ensuring that excellent standards and customers service is delivered to all customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the general upkeep of all holiday park facilities.
- Undertake maintenance duties as required.
- Undertake external duties, including hedge cutting, grass strimming, litter picking, and bin emptying.
- Perform housekeeping duties ensuring that the hire fleet is ready for guests adhering to timescale.
- Cleaning, checking and maintaining hot tubs
- Manage linen, cleaning supplies, and additional requirements for hire fleet.
- Maintain and clean reception and facilities to a high standard.
- To support and train new and existing team members.
- On call duties as required 2-3 nights per week.
Experience & Skills
- Housekeeping and maintenance experience desirable but not essential
- Friendly, calm, and efficient
- Excellent communication skills
- Full clean driving license
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
