Job Description:

We’re looking for an ambitious Junior Ecommerce Executive with a can-do attitude to join our team. The successful candidate will have 1 – 2 years’ experience trading ecommerce websites. For the right person, this position offers good scope for career development, as well as the chance to work on an exciting range of projects. You’ll primarily be trading our transactional websites www.crafterscompanion.co.uk, www.crafterscompanion.com and www.crafterscompanion.eu

Key responsibilities:

Duties shall include, but are not limited to the following:

• Implement the execution of the website promotional plan across all sites
• Work closely with our trading team to execute the Crafter’s TV promotional plan on the website
• Work with the user experience team to identify areas of improvement
• Visual merchandising of the website
• Uploading copy & images to new products
• Provide support to the Ecommerce operations team in the set-up of products and promotions
• Briefing and implementing on-site creative and content
• General maintenance of the store fronts

Person Requirements & Skills:

• 1 – 2 years’ experience within the Ecommerce industry
• Great attention to detail
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Effective time/workload management & prioritisation
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent understanding of the English language, both in written and verbal communication
