Summary:
Our Client is seeking an experienced and skilled Administrator to join their team. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a wide range of administrative tasks and ensuring seamless operations within our practice.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve the firm's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage confidential files, answer phone calls, and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Provide administrative support to the team in general, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and drafting correspondence and reports.
- Coordinate with various providers, our network, and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.
- Plan and organize events, meetings, and other activities as required.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in business administration or a related field are required.
- At least 4 years of experience in administration or a related field, with progressive responsibility.
- Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the firm.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
