Position Overview & Specifications

Our Food & Beverage Team help to deliver delicious food experiences for our Theme Park and Resort guests every day during their visit. It is a varied role, working in one (or more) of our on-site restaurants, coffee outlets and kiosks. Whatever task you are doing, you'll have the chance to gain experience in many diverse areas of our business, it is expected that you'll deliver service to the highest standard, ensuring we exceed the expectations of all our guests through preparation, production, and service.

You are expected to be role models on delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst

Operating tills
Cash handling/card transactions
Taking orders
Serving food and drinks
Preparing food for outlets
Preparing and serving hot drinks
Daily cleaning of kitchen, dining and serving areas
Achieve sales targets as set by your manager, by upselling items and promotions
Actively seek ways to increase revenue and keep wastage at a minimum
Putting away deliveries and stock
Visual merchandising – ensuring that displays are kept well stocked
Looking after our VIP guests and our Annual Pass Holders
Sharing your Park Knowledge to answer queries from our guests

No previous experience is necessary as first-class training will be given but a passion for customer service and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must. If you do not already hold Level 1 or 2 Food Hygiene qualifications, then we will provide this with our onsite training.

The ideal candidate will:
Be a good communicator
Display confidence in dealing with the public
Have an eye for detail
Possess an ability to work independently, without supervision and as part of a larger team and enjoy sharing a passion for giving a great guest experience

This is a seasonal position that requires you to be available to work weekends, during school holiday periods as well as bank holidays.

Our Crealy Meadows Resort also has a Clubhouse facility for our holiday guests, this provides additional flexible working opportunities to suit your preferences: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Bar

Hours will be rostered in advance. Flexibility is also required from you to meet peak and off-peak demands of our opening.
