We are looking for Care Assistants to join our established team of care staff. Our care team are caring and friendly and work well as a team and take pride in the standard of care which is delivered on each and every shift
Claremont House has now been operating for 4 years. At our latest CQC inspection we were rated 'Good' across all key areas.
We are now looking to increase our staffing.
If you are:
- open, honest and approachable with friendly attitude.
- caring with a compassionate nature.
- prepared to undertake (or working towards) NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
- able to accurately follow instructions in a timely manner.
- experienced within the care industry.
- able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify and resolve problems.
- able to work as part of a team.
- focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
- motivated to deliver the highest standards of health and social care.
- able to work under pressure.
- flexible
