We are currently looking for a Server to join our team. The successful candidate must be able to provide fast, friendly and efficient service to customers, serve alcoholic beverages according to company policy. This is a busy, fast-paced job where the ability to multi-task and communicate with co-workers is crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team. Serve food and beverages to customers. Adhere to the Hospitality Code of Ethics. Explain the menu to customers. Take customers' orders., Be sensitive and responsive to the needs of customers and colleagues. Show empathy, and respond with sensitivity to those in distress or emotional discomfort. Use discretion and good judgement in all situations., Be conversant with the menu and ingredients of items served; provide accurate descriptions to customers.
