The Opportunity
Are you a night owl? Are you friendly and looking to build a career? Look no further, we have an exciting opportunity that has become available for a Night Supervisor. As a Night Supervisor, you will ensure the running of the hotel is smooth, and safe, and provide an efficient and professional service to our guests. It is important that all aspects of the business are kept to a high standard throughout the night. You will be assisting with guest inquiries and resolving general complaints.

Ideal candidate
- Proven experience of working in a customer-facing role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisation and planning skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately
- Understands and has awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene, Fire Life Safety & Covid-19 Government Guidelines
- Ability to work under pressure and carry out instructions
- Ability to work alone and unsupervised
- Possess a can-do attitude
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the role

Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC is a 242-bedroom property placed in a fantastic location, close to Genting Arena, NEC, and Birmingham International Airport.
