A day in the life of…

As Reservations Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the hotel pricing strategy, ensuring maximum revenue, market share and the successful conversion of reservation enquiries from individuals and groups into materialised bookings. You will help with the day-to-day relationships with local corporate bookers and utilise sales opportunities to maximise revenue.

Based in the Crowne Plaza Newcastle,you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
