Sales Assistant

Your mission will be to assist the sales representatives in executing promotion campaigns to improve customer service and increase sales.In this position, you will be responsible for properly executing marketing strategies to increase product awareness and customer acquisition in our existing markets. You will provide support to the sales team in effectively managing customer relationships and delivering a satisfying experience.

Other duties may include providing product information and recommendation to customers, ensuring accurate order placement and reliable delivery of goods, entering data into our customer database, and processing payments.To be successful in this role, you must have an exceptional ability for quickly understanding customer needs and finding the best solution highlighting our high-quality products. You must know how to effectively coordinate production and services to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. An effective Sales Assistant is an outstanding communicator and organizational multitasker who can effectively handle customer queries and issues.
